Work backward from the event's last entry. First confirm the dinner reservation, kitchen's last order and whether the table is reserved long enough for your meal. Then allow travel and a queue before the club; use a live map rather than a guessed walking time. Send the group the two addresses and booking confirmations. Treat restaurant spending, admission and any VIP minimum as separate costs. If the kitchen cannot confirm your slot, move dinner earlier or choose another venue instead of relying on the closing time.
